Day 1

Arrival – Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO)

Karibu- Welcome to Tanzania. As soon as you land on Kilimanjaro International Airport, a representative will greet you with a warm welcome. You will then be taken to Arusha, which is the leading safari location in Tanzania.

Accommodation: At Zawadi House, comfort comes first. The house is registered as a lodger offering breakfast for its clients. At the lodge, you will have a delightful and relaxing dinner where adventure will be in the air setting the stage for what is to come.

Day 2

3 & 4: Fly - from Arusha Airport – Northern Serengeti

Get ready for an incredible day of adventure. Before you head out for more excursions, enjoy a fulfilling breakfast Zawadi House provides. After breakfast, it will take 20 minutes for you to transfer to Arusha Airport where you will then take a two hour scenic flight to Northern Serengeti. As soon as you land, a professional guide will be there to take you to your desired destination. Prepare yourself to see the amazing wildebeest migration and the thrilling crossing of the Mara River. Get ready to witness Africa has to offer, from cheetas, elephants, hippos, lions, leopards, giraffes, and buffalos the Serengeti has them all. As you explore the Northern region of the park, keep your eyes open for the numerous birds, the area is blessed with more than 400 species.

Accommodation: Stay at Acacia Tented Camp, a premier luxury tented camp offering elegant tents, stunning views, and top-notch amenities.

Day 3

Northern Serengeti – Central Serengeti

Leisurely Breakfast: Start off your day with a scrumptious breakfast served at Acacia Tented Camp. Afterward, relish the picturesque trip to the Central Serengeti, which is notorious for having a dense population of carnivores. Seronera Valley Exploration: Attracts a unique collection of wildlife such as big cats, lots of ungulates, elephants, and even hippos. It is a vital water source so make sure to look out for a chance to see it. Picnic Lunch: Take in the splendor of the Serengeti while enjoying an exquisite picnic lunch. Moreover, do not forget to take in the wonders of the region by going on a night safari and increase your chances of encountering lions, leopards, and other predatory wildlife.

Day 4

Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater

Breakfast: Indulge yourself in scrumptious breakfast dishes served at Acacia Luxury Camp. Depart for Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This site is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa. An exclusive game drive inside the crater is an experience hard to match. It is home to about 25,000 animal species including the Big Five, lion, elephant, buffalo leopard, and rhinoceros. On your drive you will view large prides of lions, strongholds of hyenas, millions of wildebeest, zebras, warthogs, baboons in addition to the endangered black rhino. After your amazing drive enjoy the ascend to the top of the rim of the crater and transfer to your lodge.

Accommodation: Check in at Ngorongoro Farm House. The lodge offers luxurious accommodation with stunning views of the crater.

Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner with beautiful dishes are also served.

Day 5

Ngorongoro – Tarangire National Park

Leisurely Breakfast: Start your day with a splendid breakfast at the Ngorongoro Farm House. Transfe to Tarangire National Park: Move to Tarangire National Park, the third largest national park of Tanzania which is known for its high populations of elephants and ancient baobab trees. Picnic Lunch: Relish in a guided park picnic lunch within the confines of the park. There is a mixture of vegetation, from grasslands to woodlands and rocky hills which are home to many species of elephants, giraffes, buffalos, lions, leopards, cheetahs and a myriad of birds, over 450 species. Baobab trees and the Tarangire River are also very famous for wildlife attraction especially during dry times.

Accommodation: Luxury accommodations are provided within the many natural attractions by Maramboi Tented Lodge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served with a touch of all international and local cuisine.

Day 6

You will have reached Arusha from Tarangire.

The day will begin with an early morning walk. A guide will take you on a two hour walk from Maramboi Tented Lodge to Lake Manyara, where one can observe flamingos, zebras, pelicans, giraffes, and wildebeest. Have a good breakfast at the lodge before you set out for the day. After, you are to make your way back to Arusha and enjoy the beautiful views on the drive. A farewell lunch will be served at a popular ‘Turknoy’ Arusha Hotel after which memories of the safari will be reminisced. If your flight schedule permits, you can unwind in a day room at a nearby hotel. Finally, you will be taken to Kilimanjaro International Airport, where your safari journey will end at the airport.

Other meals that will be provided on this day include breakfast, lunch, and refreshments.
