Day 1

Arrival – Kilimanjaro International Airport

Arrival & Welcome: At Kilimanjaro International Airport, take some time to appreciate the breathtaking scenery of Tanzania’s lush landscapes while you are being escorted to Arusha Town, known for being ‘The Safari Capital’ of northern Tanzania. You will be warmly met at the arrivals area by an amiable attendant from Tanzania Vogayes. Unwind at the African Tulip Hotel which is well known for its boutique hospitality, and warm services. Utilize the remaining time by going for a stroll around the hotels stunning gardens, or relaxing by the pool.

Dinner & Overnight: Before dozing off in preparation for the amazing wildlife encounters in the next few days, enjoy a delectable supper at the hotel’s restaurant, and internal or local cuisine of your choice.

Day 2 & 3

Tarangire National Park

The day starts with a delightful breakfast, which is then followed by a trip to Tarangire National Park, which is well known for the vast herds of elephants and enormous baobab trees. Let’s the park guide take you on a tour around Tarangire river, and the Silale Swamp, the regions that are abundant with wildlife. These regions also attract Giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and even antelopes. If you are an aspiring bird watcher, Tarangire will be a treat since it is home to more than 550 species of birds. Be on the lookout for bright lovebirds, hornbills, and starlings, especially around the wetlands.

Lunch in the Bush: Take a break during the day for a picnic in nature at a beautiful location where you may see elephants in the river or giraffes eating from acacia trees.

Day 4

Tarangire - Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Begin the day with a wonderful safari in Tarangire seeing active animals’ mid-morning Additionally, see if you could catch other rare species that have proven hard to see. After departing Tarangire, set off on a journey through Maasai Country as you will get to enjoy the huge highland landscapes and traditional villages. Day 5

Ngorongoro Crater Tour

With your enthusiasm further building, indulge in a quick light meal before getting ready for one of the wonders of the world, Unfortunately, because of the heavy tourism the wildlife that is found there is limited. With the help of a private guide, you are bound to spot the likes of lions, leopards, elephants, and even the black rhinos, which are on the endangered list. On the floor of the crater that you are looking at, there are large groups of wildebeests, zebras, and even gazelles. Relish the opportunity to have lunch in designated areas usually by ponds that hippos frequently visit. The monumental sight of large creatures soaking in the water is breathtaking. Further, continue to explore the rest of the crater until later afternoon. Same with the hippos, there is something awe inspiring about looking at them while they roll in the water. Furthermore, the light during the time when the shadows are stretched over the grasslands is something worth marveling at.

Return to the Lodge: Dinner is served, and in the meantime before hand recount as much of your experiences as possible, after day recapture the overlooking sights over the highland fresh air.

Day 6

Ngorongoro – Central Serengeti

Leisurely Breakfast – Begin your day with a relaxed meal, gazing out at the misty crater rim. Drive to Serengeti National Park: Proceed northwest into the legendary Serengeti whose magnificent plains and rocky kopjes are what make people envision safaris in Africa. While passing through the southern portions of the park look out for the bulk of migrating wildebeests (if in season) as well as a plethora of one of the park’s many residents’ wildlife such as giraffes and topi antelopes.

Day 8

Western Serengeti

Set out earlier with your box breakfast to make sure you take advantage of the sleepy morning hours that are always bustling with predator activity. Plunge into the western corridor around the Grumeti River area to see the river crossings, grazing zebras, and predators lurking in the bushes. Return to the camp for a leisurely lunch and perhaps even a dip in the pool. Your guide may also take you on a nature walk (if permitted) to give you a breath of fresh air away from the bush. Different game drives may also highlight large buffalo herds, and with luck may take the opportunity to witness a scavenging spectacle with hyenas and vultures. Day 9

Serengeti – Arusha (Flight)

Depart from the camp and bask in the beauty of the open Serengeti for some last wildlife encounters. Step on a flight back to Arusha, where the views are breathtaking as you get to see the vast plains underneath you. After arrival through the Arusha airport, one of the Tanzania Voyages guides will take you for lunch at the Arusha Coffee Lodge. While there you may relax in the peaceful gardens or go on a coffee tour. Enjoy your meal and reflect on the best moments of your safari. Day 10

Kilimanjaro International Airport

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast: Relish the aroma of fresh Tanzanian coffee over breakfast and take your morning easy at the lodge. Optional Activities and Shopping: Depending on your flight schedule, you may be able to browse the craft markets within Arusha Town and get some one-of-a-kind artwork or souvenirs.
